Have big problem shopping from NCA because i do not live in the US. I can´t shop online and i have emailed them and i wrote do them on Ebay. They doesn´t answear. Someone know what to do? I need parts for my 53 so i can get in on the road again.
Get a hot mail account it doesn't show where you are. That should get your email covered. You may have to find someone who is willing to recieve your parts here and ship them to you. lots of sellers donot want to ship overseas as they cannot get a dilivery confirmation. But there are plenty of fellas on this side of the pond that would probably help you with that. Pay with paypal the seller gets his money and it does not matter where it is comming from. Hope that helps you a bit. benno
I took it to be National Chevy Association since he mentioned he was looking for parts for his '53 Chev.
Yes it´s National Chevy Association. Is there someone that could help me? I have shopped a lot of parts from the US, both private and from companies. Never been any problem, and don´t understand why it should be problems shopping from NCA. But if someone would help me i would be glad.
Use the" truck shop" in Orange County , NCA blows! The take for ever to deliver & the last 3 xs I received parts they have have been damaged. ,missing pieces & not what their catalog states they are!
Hi. I do not know what the problems are when you contact them but I do know ebay. Ebay allows sellers to select what countries they choose to ship to. Many U.S. sellers do not offer international shipping & ebay allows these to not only block bids or buys from all potential buyers whoare registered in countries they do not post shipping to and also to block all emails from those blocked from bidding or buying. You might be running into sellers blocks to international buyers on emails on ebay. For online or direct sales try Chevs of the 40's as they carry most parts all the way up thru 1962 in their catalog. I have bought a ton of stuff there for my 46. www.chevsofthe40s.com phone 1 800 888 2438 or 1 360 816 0211 Good luck, Jimmie
I ship out of country all the time. The number on the customs form also works as a Delivery Confirmation Number.
I've been using www.shipito.com for years now. Never had issues as I use a US based address and send direct to Australia. Just a thought. Gets around those sellers that won't ship overseas. Distance has certain disadvantages.
I would hope the OP has gotten his/her parts by now, considering this thread was started over two months ago..
