I was going to use Aerostar springs but got some feedback on this site that they would only lower my car 1". Any suggestions for something around a 2-3" drop other than buying custom springs? I could cut my springs a full coil but didn't want to do that.

Thanks for reading and for any suggestions,

    Dave

Thanks for the feedback Jeff. Last Good Guys car show in Pleasanton I talked to two different guys that had dropped their's 2-3" and both said that not only did they like the look but that steering and handling improved. One guy used a drop em stop em package and the other used the Aerostar springs. The guy that used the Aerostar springs said he got a 2" drop. A guy on this site said the Aerostar springs will only give a 1" drop. Jamco and Eaton both sell springs that will lower the car to a drop of 3" for around $200. I'm trying to get as much information as I can, because I want to do this, and do it right.

I recommend you do a thorough HAMB search on both companies before you order anything.
