okay, got some more pics...pedal and linkage out of a 62 f100...also, some sheet metal repair...

had to move the foot pedal up about an inch, however the f100 pedal is much larger than the original pedal...it still works and the angle is fine...

next the po had made a hole foe the antenna...i just wanted to fill it...

there is a slight crown where the hole was made...so i had to shape the new piece a bit to get the flow right...

next was the fender...the PO had covered this area in bondo...major rot however, the interior was still healthy...

bummer but my wire had some rust ac***ulated in the spool so, I've got to change out to a new spool or else get sloppy welding clumps and spatter...I'll post finished pics soon...

I like the angle of the gas pedal, I know my foot sits at that angle when I'm driving.
That was also some nasty rot on the fender, good fix.
Are you going to patch the door or skin it?

Yeah. I have been waiting for a long one to get this shoulder repaired. I'll be back at it by April just have to take it easy till then. In the meantime I'm organizing Upolstery, and fabricating my own plastic knobs, I'll be posting progress on the knobs. Devan

Hey capt. No progress in week seven with the shoulder, an infection set in at the incision so recovering from that now. I hope to start rehab in May. I'm Hoping to move the fifty to a larger garage and get ready to chop by June. That is if my shoulder heals up. Thx for the interest. Devan

Alright back in the horse. Healed up from surgery so back at it.
I'm peaking the hood here's some pics of the process.
Made a little jig to hammer the cut 1 inch square bar.
    ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1404152277.464107.jpg

Then hammered till it looked about right

    ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1404152386.856346.jpg

Now to measure and tack down.

Okay now the the c pillars. I cut approx 4.5 out. Roughy. I just made sure my side rear windows were the same in measurement. About 10 inch. Measured back from the door post 12inches to get the right distance. Here's how it looks

    ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1405904765.176199.jpg

    ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1405904811.831012.jpg

Now to set the rear window n cut outs from the rear windows.

So today I started with the rear window. Took forever to set it so it would flow nicely.

Now that its tacked in I think it flows real nice. No hump. But a mild chop. Next to finish welding and fill the spaces
