Hi, new member with 50 chrysler

My name is Dave and I live in LA Ca.
I have a nice 50 Chrysler Windsor but I don't like the fluid drive.
Question; what would be the easiest swap? (motor, trans, drive shaft? and or rear end?)

Easy....what's the budget..are you doing the work , etc. etc....what's the budget allow.....you could convert to 3 speed , you would require the 3 speed trans , bell housing , flywheel , everything from a 3 speed , maybe drive shaft , ....I had a47 Plymouth that someone put a fluid drive in , ran great...best wishes on your 50...check out my profile..I have a 49 dodge 3 window.....mac
