Bob and I were there today with are rig (thank you Joe). Lots of stuff rolling in all day!

Watch out for this guy, **** Gaylord (no joke). He's been ripping racers off for sometime now on parts deals. Don't give him you're money or parts. You will never see them again. Just a heads up. He was seen at the event there. He's the guy on the left in the white t-shirt

 

Heading up on Saturday,......we'll be on the road by 5 am,.....should get there by 7. Bringing a crazy 1923 hard top T-bucket built in 1973, to sell. Should be a blast.

 

Awesome show on Saturday,.....great racing, NHRA and NED did a great job with improvements of the track, and running this event. Got lots of pics....will post up soon.

 

I have Mel Parkers car, the Hemi Blues. It is an RO23 Super Stock Belvedere. I have talked to Mel on the phone and his brother John. I am in the process of restoring the car back to day 2 condition.

I am very interested in hearing from anyone who knows or remembers anything about the car, or has any pictures of the car.

2014 anyone going

 

We will be there along with Dave Hales of the S&S Team. I think there are 6 AA/GS cars heading that way. It's going to be good. Even with the rain last year it was great fun.

 

I will be there from Long Island, NY

 

I'll be there with my 33 Chevy.
