No doubt the Willys was one of (if not) the most poplar car in the g***er war years. What was your favorite year, body style?

My current desktop background. Few of my coworkers can undertand my fascination with it. Of course, I cannot understand their golf or scenic backgrounds either.

Me too! that's why I didn't make the poll multiple choice. :D

  12. Only ones I haven't had were the early coupe and pickup (33-36)...otherwise all the rest including a factory 2-door ('39)...still love them all. A fun one that I fondly remember was a '40 coupe, stocker, that I bought in 1960 and drove it home. Currently completeing my first '36 sedan.
    Great memories!

My favorite since I was a kid, first time I saw this car run I was 13 years old and I was fortunate enough to see it run again last year at Greer.

Gene Cromer was a local guy and a childhood hero of mine,,today I am honored to call him my friend.

My all time favorite Willys and some of the people responsible for the return of the Moonlighter. HRP

  27. Love the Willys! Got a rare 1939 2 Door Sedan. Love driving it. I have had many Kustom cars, chopped sleds and streetrods but this Willys gets a lot of attention!

Love 40-41's, but Gary Kovalski's 33 made me a believer in that vintage also.

  29. Well I voted '33 but I really also like the '37-'39 models and I currently own a '61 that I like real well but it is really just a jeep. ;)

I don't think that they ever gained the popularity of the older cars but if I had one I would build a gas cl*** car out of a Willys Aero in a heart beat.
