I thought about California emissions but 2 things it was always in Dallas Texas from Day 1 and the other California due to emissions didn't allow big Blocks sold there. Haha on the screw driver buddy of mine saw it laying there and picked it up for me

    How does it feel?

If it feels so good, I would say it is probably a Mangione...

Wow I thought I had the only pair in existence...actually my future ex-wife's 58 Caddy has a pair of them on it and coincidently the engine in the Caddy came from Dallas. Maybe its some weird Texas emissions stuff. I haven't found anyone yet that's ever seen any of them. Freaks the ole squeaker (resto/original) club guys out at the shows lol.

That's not the first one of those I have ever seen. I think it was a diagnostic port for some sort of emissions control. It's been over 20 years since then so I'm no help.

    Strange stuff! HRP

  29. Still wondering about no big blocks allowed in California?!?!? People from other states really have no idea what goes on here. Quite a bit of nonsense and quite a few big blocks
