    Y'all--

Kinda hot rod related: Here at GARAGE, we've commissioned Low Brow artist Johnny **** to create a t-shirt design that we're going to use to raise money for the m***ive hurricane cleanup across the South and Southeast.

If you go to www.garagemagazine.com, you'll see the shirt design and you can order it for $18. EVERY LAST CENT of your $18 will go directly to The American Red Cross.

We really appreciate the support from the last 'drive' we did for this cause, but it didn't end up to be that much. We think this shirt will do more of what we originally wanted to do as far as donations to the cause.

Thanks, folks, and now--back to the cars...

Man, I've been paying attention to what's been going on in the regions that have been hit by storms this year and there's a TON of work to be done. Here in the SF area, the big news is that FEMA has given people staying in temp housing another two weeks before they'll stop paying for their rent, etc. That's a pretty heavy blow, right before Christmas.

Anyway, I thought I'd bring this back to the top to let y'all know that these are pretty *****in' t-shirts and every dime of your hard-earned cake goes right to the Red Cross. We don't keep a penny of it. We'll also post our results on our site as full disclosure and transparency (if anyone's worried about that).

OK, hope to get your support--I know it's not the "hot ****on" anymore and we're all looking at the holidays as far as where our cash is going, but now's the time to help our own. More than ever!

    Thanks, folks...
