Does anyone know where I can get bolt pattern adapters to put rims on my 45 dodge due to the reverse thread on one side? Thank you.

  2. Should be the same Mopar - Ford bolt pattern that was used for decades.
Just need to find some Left Hand Thread lug nuts - or replace the studs with Regular thread studs.

Thank for the reply, not very familiar with bolt patterns, I want to use new black rims that are used today just need to find the easiest way. Why does the reverse thread matter?

The reverse threads have nothing to do with the bolt pattern, they have to do with the lug nuts turning the opposite direction when you put them on. If your wheels don't fit they are the wrong bolt pattern. Pic would also help.
