So I've been watching my trucks leaf springs ever since I bought it in 2010 because they never looked like they had much spring left in them. Recently, I noticed that the curve is now starting to go up and the ride is getting rougher. The truck's a 59 F100, can anybody point me in the direction of some reasonably priced springs? Or can anybody tell me what a reasonable price would be for all 4 springs? I've checked lmc truck and they want almost $300 a spring, that seems a bit steep to me. General spring has them for half that price. They're in KC, so a little shipping too, but $159 ea. (fronts) $229 (rears) You didn't mention which end you need? They also have dimensions on their site, in case you want to look for something in a donor that might be available. There should be a spring shop near you. They can rearch your springs, or replace them for a reasonable price probably under $100 a spring, installed. Let them do the job, it will probably be cheaper than shipping them and installing them yourself.
Leaves removed to lower the truck? That is the most common cause of sagging springs on a leaf spring truck outside of years on end of being overloaded all the time. I'm like Rusty O'toole in that I'd start my hunt at the local spring shop and expand it from there.

Are there any truck repair garages in Jacksonville NC? I guarantee you, they will know the best spring shops if there are any. Not many cars use leaf springs anymore but lots of trucks do.
Re arching won't solve all my problems, it might in the front but, somebody before me swapped a rear out and it's a different leaf count from the other. One side has 7 leaves and the other side has 6. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
I bought a 4" lowering leafs for my shoebox from St Louis spring company.They have an excellent service and fair pricing.They asked around 220 bucks of a pair. Maybe they can help you too?

Digging up old i know, but does anyone know a shop that will rearch in the Houston Area? ive stopped by a couple shops on the North side they dont it, cant even point me to someone who does.
Check with an older big truck repair shop in your area, or someone like Truck Parts Spe******ts in Houston. I'm betting someone still performs the craft there. I was around it for 26 years, but not now.
