Today we had are one and only streetrod show (pre-1949) here in Charleston. As with past years about 300 cars showed up from various states (most passing thru on the way to Daytona for next weeks Turkey Run). There were a few cool rides and some that may you say WTF ??? but most were your average 1980's/1990's styled streetrods Did not take many shots but thought I would share a few with you.

    Do'in the Charleston coverage

Good to see you and FlamedAbone again .......

    And the 32 Vicky..... :D
Picture #21........the wagon, belongs to my paint and body shop buddy down the coast from you.

Way to much billet and the like at the show for me.......but, that's the way that event is. At least they raise money for Make-A- Wish.

Rode across the new bridge today.....
The two older bridges are being demolished. They have a " new " bridge...named the Arthur Ravenal Bridge...after the man of the same name ( big politican :) ) One of the older bridges was named the Silas Pearlman bridge. It opened in 1929. the other bridge opened in 66 or 67 ....I forget the exact year but I was there when it offically opened ....

when i was stationed in charleston the old bridge was the one for going into Charleston from isle of palm. The other bridge was the" new" bridge. 1966 is that long ago for a bridge!!lol
I would have loved to see them blow it up!!

That silver A coupe kinda' straddles the line but I like it, except maybe the rear "wheel wells". Thanks for the coverage Boones.
