39 Plymouth has a hood like that and similar door handles. I'm not saying that's what it is, but would be worth cross-checking to see if I'm right.

The doors are 37, 38, 39 Mopar, (I favor 39 because of the 2 hinges) hood could very well be a one year match (39)

Handles are 1939 Plymouth and the hood looks to be the same.
