Technical Looking for custom wheel manufacturer

I had posted on the Hamb a while back about some of the wheels the Old Superior Wheels made. I have a set that I wanted to find NOS on, but the more I think on it, I wonder if there is someone that does custom wheel work from scratch.

 

Are they wires or alloy?? Pics
A shop in Miami makes custom wheels.

 

They were a combo. They had chrome steel rims with a cast alloy center. The ones I have could clean up ok, missing the center caps, but they really look good on the year car I want to get again. I am suprised, even by searching the numbers on the backside of the rim, I cannont find anything about them or another set.

John Phillips is a HAMB member who builds reproduction chrome astro slots.They are really nice.I bought a set for my '28 because I had astro slots on it in '62 when I built it and wanted the original look.
