Technical will a CHEVY 3/4 TON TRUCK FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT fit a car trans

    A CHEVY 3/4 TON TRUCK FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT is the part that goes from the rear is an enclosed trans and converts it over to a conventional drive line. I'm wondering if it will go on to a car trans so I can run a different rear end on my 41.

    Don't know about the car trans but the 3/4 ton and 1/2 ton trucks used the same trans.,
    so it may well. Seems like a roundabout way to do it though.

    yea seems like another option than changing it out. Im not into speed cause around here there isn't anywhere to go -- fast ... LOL

    I might so try it,I forgot about those and might have to look into one if I get another pre 55 Chevy project.
