Technical 354 hemi wrist pins???

Are all wrist pins created equal? I have a set of Venolia forged pistons here but they have no wrist pins. I also have a set of Egge machine wrist pins here that have never been used, would you mix the two or get new ones from Venolia?

 

As long as the dimensions are correct what would it matter?

 

Measure pin length to see if it is compatable with the piston between the circlip length. If O.D. is correct,, use them.

I measured the pins and they are spot on what I need. Ok so one more question I have measured the pistons and ring grooves and was wondering where to go for the rings? Venolia? Hotheads? Or?
