Well, After I welded and ground the A and B pillars so they were pemanent, I spent a few nights this week to cut the back window in and get the rear quarters panels fit together. I think I got em real close - nothin a little bondo won't hide. Isn't that what its for??? I lowered the bottom of the rear window like 1.5 inches and then cut 2 3/4" off of the window pillars. So the back window got a little chop but is still pretty big. I think it measures around 7 1/4" tall and the side rear windows measure 10". It was a muther to get the p***enger side rear panel to lay down to fit the body, I had to cut it in 2 places. I didn't have clamps that would hold it right, so I'd just push it till it was flush and then tack it, you need three hands for this. Oh well, jsut thought I throw up some more pics, need to weld it all up then the doors are next
Hey thanks Dodgerodder - and everybody else. Dodgerodder - are you going to be at the track friday? Hope to run into ya take it easy
That's just how i did my 3" sedan chop too. I took 1 1/2" from the rear window and the other below the window. Nice job!
damn that thing is ***y... and who would have thougth that mirror floor in the garage would reflect the green body that well.... maybe you need a little lesbian kissin'....
that is awesome. I wish I could have been there to help wrap it up. Lemme know when your doing the doors.
Hey you're welcome! Yeah, me, my dad, & bro will be there fri/sat/sun, without the sedan, but I'm still real excited. Is there any "hamb gathering" stuff going on? We always go down to that shopping center on the beach where the cars gather at night and hang out. I'm looking forward to it
