    Yeah... I'm a picky fucker

I made a set but the I dont dig the X in the bead-
its too big and too square...
someone need them? they fit perfect- just weld them in...
    both LEFT and RIGHT side...

I like the kidney bean bead on the right better- thats what the new panels look like.

    Let me know-

I have a '40 Chrysler that needs front floors and these look pretty damned good to me (I'm certainly not picky) I'll use them. I would imagine the Chryslers would be the same floors, or at least very similar, would work with a bit of trimming.

1940 was the first year of Chrysler's modern, traditional styling that they used (with facelifts and trim changes) up until late '48, so I would imagine these would work. I was just going to cut out some flat sheet to do mine with but having some bead rolling in them would be a huge plus.

So, can I send you some shipping money or something? Are you going over to Cliffy's to pick up those rearends? If you are, that would be kick ass. Let me know. If I got these and didn't even have to pay shipping, I'd throw a couple bucks to the HAMB or maybe have a HAMB auction or something as a thank-you for it.

Thanks Tuck, that kicks ass. This is going to save me a bunch of time. So glad I checked into the HAMB at just the right time to see this before anyone else put their claim on it!

My herd of old shit has thinned out quite a bit, I only have like 15 or 20 cars laying around between my house and my shop. You should see Cliffy's shitpile of old cars. Assloads of late 50's Fords at his shop, he'll be parting shit out until the second coming of Christ.

  8. Third...fourth....fifth...sixth coming of Christ probably. Scrap is up real high this week, tempting just to take it all in and say F-it.

Tuck, I have three rears left, two for you and one for myself. Better get your arse over here before I get greedy! Been getting offers in the $200 plus range.........pretty tempting.

Sqau, we need a new bet. Sold the '49 and the Comet last night for cash. Should I pull the '53 firedome in the shop?
