All righty well I had an old spotlight with a bent shaft and rather than take the time to fix it I decided to make it a dummy. I did this by
    1. taking the whole thing apart
    2. putting the outside shaft back in and marking the cut
    3. busting out the old hacksaw and cutting it off
    4. putting it back together
then I did it for another one but I used the same shaft to cut an insert for it.

In the future I'm gonna fill them with silicone to just bandaid them so they don't move and to try to prevent rust. (besides they look like boobs and they're fake so I might as well fill them with silicone)

then I took the handle and turned it into a shift knob by
    1. putting the middle shaft in it and marking the cut
    2. cutting it off
3 threading it for my shifter (the margin of error was zero in fact I'm surprised it worked)
    4. putting an 8ball on it and throwing it in my car

In the future I plan to put a custom made skull shifter knob on it. I also plan to wire up the switch to something so it actually does something.

This is the quick and dirty version of how I did it it actually didn't quite work out in 4 easy steps. Pretty cool though huh?

Special thanks to Bugman for the spotlight he gave me.
