........FINALLY!!........I started this project back in August. I
have been getting a new tattoo for my birthday (mid-Sept.) since my first in 1991. I went and talked with the guy that did "Skate Fink" back in early August. We kicked my idea around and he said he would draw it up and call me. Month later and no call. I checked in and he got a little snippy and said, "I TOLD you that I'd call you!" Visited a couple weeks later and he still hadn't done anything. Birthday came and went and I decided to check out someone else. I had seen some of
this guy's work and it was awesome!

I called and met with him and made an appointment. Went through a couple disasters and the tattoo money got spent. Rolled coins the weekend before my appointment and........FINALLY.........yesterday, got it done! Happy Birthday to me. Mom liked it, Erin said it looks "too real......creepy!" and ScaryLarry said it is "Freakin' awesome!" I like it..........

……..it will tone down a little as it heals. Now I need a cool rod to
hang my arm out the window of as I cruise………..

Very cool idea. Can't say that I have ever seen louvers punched out on an arm. I like it.

That guy is one hell of an artist.....I've seen alot of his work in mags i get and his potrait stuff is amazing....After New Years i plan on getting a potrait of my son done on my chest....Its going to be between him and the artist i usually go to....Nice job!

  21. EXCELLENT!! When the black and grey settle in, it'll look really smooth! I don't think I've ever seen louvers done before...now we'll be seeing a new trend and we'll know where it started!

..........thanks all for the kind words!
Dan, I asked Shane if he had crossed paths with Jime at the tattoo shows and he said yes and had nothing but good things to say about him.
I was brushing my teeth when I noticed the "available panel" on my arm. The resulting tattoo was what came to mind with the tweeking from Shane's experience. I got lucky.
NOW, I need a cool car! I think this thing would look REALLY sweet laid up on the window sill of a nice ride and cruisin'..........
