Just recently purchased my 47 Ford and was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to post some of there 46-48 Fords. Trying to get a idea of some of things being done to them or not being done to them. My is painted tuxedo black and looks great. have been toying with the idea of a nice flame job! Any pics would be helpful, car,dash,motor,interior,etc,etc, thanks again!

Mine runs a flathead with isky cam, edmunds heads and intake. These are older pics here. This winter I'm going to repaint the firewall and reupholster rolls and pleats inside, staying white. Steering column and shifter are on thier way to Polisher for chroming, along with lots of other odds and ends inside and under the hood
Thanks. I really got lucky and scored a solid car with decent paint and upholstery for a good price, then spent the next three years of Saturdays swapping in the 302, AOD, and C-4 suspension with the assitance of my best friend. Its a kick in the ass to drive. You should be able to see more of it in the upcoming March issue of Rod and Custom's coverage of their Ego-Rama event.
Here is a pic of a car that my father recently purchased at the NSRA Nats North. It is in the process of getting a new stance, and there is new wheels and tires on it already.
