I have been looking for a magneto for a 250 ci. chev. I have been unable to find one. Did anybody even make one? Help.
ironic......i was talking to a customer of mine today about all of his left over 6 cyl drag parts.....he's making a list of left over stuff.....roller cams , weber intakes , roller rockers, rods , and yes .....he even mentioned a mag or 2.........pm me ......it might take a couple weeks but i might be able to help ya out.....his last motor with 3 webers went in the 7's in a dragster......and with a 4 bbl it went in the 12's in a 3600 pound big body chebby.....the broke the crank ....and pretty much gave him a bunch of paper weights......haha brandon
Ted Fountain at Vertex says they will make just about any mag for custom applications but you might have to bend over to afford it.
Here's the project, all alum. frame & body--just cause we can. It is actually my buddy Jason's. He is not really using the blower.
