scalop ideas

hey fellas i need to look at some different ideas of some scalops. i want to put some on a 31 pick up if i could see some pics pleeeeeeese

hey fellas

heres a pic of my uncle's truck. he bought it from ryno (socalsledder). we've been screwing around, taping em off. i did some cool **** on Micro Paint but cant post a bitmap. we're thinking the doors and the roof. any photochoppers want some action? how about some other model A trucks with scallops?

There is no problem that cannot be solved with the *right application* of high explosives.

 

I'll have to do some digging for a pic, but I had some that looked like the edges were torn....jagged edges....

i thought about just a pinstripe of flames but we gotta coupe in the club that has the exact flames that would fit. we gotta have scallops. puttin her to the top for the evening folks.

I know everybody is tired of my car but these scalops were a direct result of a similar request a few years ago. An unknown Hamber drew this design on a picture that I posted on the hamb.


From that I was able to print it out and transfer it to the car. I tried the 1/8 tape but couldn't get it right.(note the p***. H/L) With a picture I was able to locate the critical points and valleys. Then it was easier to get the graceful curves.

I'd get a side view picture, post it here with a request for the photoshoppers.

I think the artists may get weary of fantasy work on cars that will never get built. Most are a waste of time IMHO. I bet if you give them something to work with they will come up with some cool ideas. I gave them the general idea. Thanks again to the guy that did it for me. I never wrote the designers name down.

This Ranch and that green wagon belong to Loco Bandito's.........actually this ranch was sold a few years ago. Look online for K-Daddy'z Customs OR Kal Koncepts. They all do scallops.........for everyones information (THIS is what a Ranchero should look like. )
