  12. Hi Guys
I received an email from Bravehost a couple of weeks ago stating that they were reducing the free web sites from 50Mb to 5Mb which was useless to me. so I had to move my web site to a new host that allows me to have 3,000Mb free
The new address is http://www.coetrucks.200u.com/Index.a.html, there are still a few kinks and links that I have to sort out but if you happen to visit the new site and find something that doesn't work, please send me an email with the broken or whatever link.I would really appreciate it.
On page 2 of the Overseas section there are a few thumbnails missing but if you click on the red X squares it will still take you to the main pics,
I have spent the last two weeks uploading files and so it has been quite a task.

    There you have it.

    Regards
    Bill

  13. Hi Guys
Well I don't know what happened to the New Web Site that I put on the net a couple of weeks ago, after about a week it just disappeared!!!!!!! it is in cyberspace somewhere.
So I have spent the last two weeks uploading all the files to another new host, hope this one hangs around !!
The New Web Site Address is
    http://www.ozcoetrucks.net16.net/Index.a.html

Sorry if you have been trying to check the site out and it hasn't worked, it was beyond my control.
If you do check it out and find any links that don't work or go where they are not suppose to, could you let me know. please

    Seeya

  14. Hi Guys

If you want to go to the main site and go to the overseas section then click on the link below
    http://www.ozcoetrucks.net16.net/Index.a.html
But if you wish to take a shortcut then go to the link below and hit page 7
    http://www.ozcoetrucks.net16.net/index.3b.html
Check out Ron Schmitt's 47 Ford, these are the new pages and photo's.
    Have fun

  16. Hi Guys
It seems that every few months I have to change Web Site address which is a real pain and a lot of work uploading thousands of files, everytime I keep hoping this is the last time and I can have web site stability, one has to have hope, right !!
So the Web Site that most of you may have been using is still there but the host site has been sold or is for sale, who knows !!
It will not allow me to update any files or photo's, so I have been running another web site in the background for the last 8 weeks or so to see if it was going to work for me, so far so good and the company hosting it has been around for about 10 years.

So I won't give you the old web site address even though it works as is without allowing updates but I will give you the new one which is http://coetrucks.t35.com/Index.a.html

If you could update your bookmark or favourites you will be kept up to date with new photo's etc.
    Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Regards
    Bill
Ps, if you have any new photo's that you would like to see added to the web site or would like to have your COE added please send them to me.

Willys rule or if you can't handle that Cabovers haul, ok

I found A build of A 1939 Ford COE Truck.
    http://www.realsteel.com/projects.php?projid=86&ptype=1
    Electric 1939 COE

What you are looking at here is a 1939 Ford COE (Cab Over Engine) that has been radically modified. Two COE’s and one 1938 Pick-up are being used to create a Crew Cab COE that is almost 4 feet longer and exactly 20” wider to fit on a Ford F-650 ch***is, powered by a 500hp/800ft-lbs Electric motor, with a custom two-speed transmission and 180kWh of Lithium-ion batteries. It’ll be able to fully recharge from empty in 30 minutes using DC quick-charge, or four hours using 220V AC. The cost of the electricity for a full charge will be about $21, less than an eighth what it would cost to fuel a diesel truck of similar size. This COE is the largest and most heavily-modified of a series of trucks we have performed the metal work on for a company called EcoTruc. All of the trucks are showpieces and prototypes for EcoTruc, which is building electric trucks for the utility and municipal fleet market. This truck will be used as a show vehicle, but also a functional on-the-road technology demonstrator. It will also serve as the tractor for EcoTruc’s vehicle-transporter trailer that will take the other trucks to shows and their 1934 Ford electric race car to Bonneville and El Mirage. The race car will be powered by the same motors as this truck, with radically different gearing, aiming to go three times as fast!!
