The Dirtys were worried sick last year about a room. When we got there we found out there are pleanty of rooms in the surrounding towns !!! So dont stress about a room just enjoy the road trip and everything else will fall in place !!:D

Dont worry about a hotel. The dirty's drove straight in Drom Dallas Texas with no reservations got our registration and found plenty of motels in the surrounding towns. We stayed in the first town south for 65.00 a night which was real cheap during that time. We were worried but dont be. Now rite in Paso is one thing but there will be plenty of cool cars driving up from the other towns. Pretty cool drive from the south anyways.

  5. Good thing I'm in good standing with The Farmhouse, I got all 25 rooms this year! Before any of you ask, no, there are none available, I've got a list of those that come every year, and a waiting list in case someone bails, Sean and Donnie got in this year, Saturday night's gonna be a hoot!

Rooms for paso 2006 were booked before people even leave the 2005 show.. I live 40 minutes from Paso and have talked to several Hotel/motel owners. They allow the every year people to re book their rooms..The only way you get a reservation is if someone drops out. I would be more concerned about registering for the show early after last years sell out. Rooms are available in Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay. I am only 4 minutes from Morro Bay. It is right on the water and you get a nice little drive at 4 am to line up for the park on Sat morning. There are several rodders in our area and we head up together.. Once you're in town let me know..EVILT

Forget Paso!! All the action next Memorial day weekend is happening in Ventura. The same folks who put on the Primer Nationals are doing a show that same weekend and that's where all the old school traditionalists are going to be. They got West Coast Kustoms blessing to do the show the same weekend because I think they never wanted the young upstarts with their unpainted junk to show up in Paso anyway.

Since when do "old school traditionalists" drive "unpainted junk"?

    See you in Paso.

    I think you're confused.
Primer Nats bought "Back to the Beach" which will be the first weekend in May and the Primer Nationals will replace the Paso Labor Day weekend show.

No, it's "young upstarts" that drive unpainted junk! Get a sense of humor homie. I know your only going to Paso because people pay more for pictures of finished cars.
p.s. No, its not finished yet!

  18. Forget Paso? are you on ****ing dope? I've been to every Paso since '91 and there is not a better weekend anywhere on the west coast. Oh yeah, the BTB thing is the 6th of May, not the same weekend as Paso. John & Jenny aren't stupid.

Well, your in luck! I live about 30 miles away, and I'm disabled right now, so I've got LOTS of time on my hands to do things like.................. help the throttlers book some rooms.

There are lots of hotels/motels in Morro Bay with views that rival anything you've ever seen. If you guys don't want to drive that far, there are places to stay that are closer, but no nice views of the Pacific.

PM me if you guys need a hand finding a room.

It took me like 12 years of going to get the "regular" status for a room. It's tough, but if you get in STAY IN

I would be going if I didnt live a 3-day drive away....I also doubt my 51 chevy with a stock inline six and teh stock rear-end would be very happy about driving all that way.
