Ok this might sound like an odd one or an easy one for some of you,
    here is my issue,
My right tail light is out, so i changed the bulb, checked to make sure i have continuety going back there and i do, changed my stoplight switch, checked wiring and its good.
My blinker blinks and when i turn my lights on it lights up, but when i step on the brake, is will not light up. Whats the problem??

Your tail lite is out or do you mean your brake lite?
If it's your brake lite, then first thing is to make sure the light is flashing when you use the turn signal, if not then it may be a problem with the wire to that lite. If the lite flashes but the brake doesn't work on that side then it might be the wire up to your turn switch or the turn switch itself.

I believe ascenttm is correct, sounds like it is in the turn signal switch. Also check your ground, bad grounds make weird things happen in electrical systems...

I'm no guru, but with the aid of the diagram SlmLrd found, I think I can help you. (see copy below)

There is a jumper wire on the turn signal switch (see photo below) which carries current from the left side stop light to the right side stop light.

If, as you indicated, the right side blinks properly with the turn signal, but does not light up when the brake pedal is pushed, chances are the jumper wire is bad.

If neither rear light comes on when the brake pedal is pushed, the problem is probably in the wire (green) from the brake light switch to the turn signal switch.

A third possibility is that the turn signal switch is bad internally.

NOTE: The bulbs have two contacts: one for the running lights and one for the turn signal/stop lights. The running lights (illuminated at all times when light switch is turned on) are on a separate circuit and are not a factor in the problem discussed here. The running light wires are not shown in the diagram above.

    Hope this helps. :)

The first thing I would do is run temporary grounds from each light. What you are describing sounds very much like a bad ground. If the temporary grounds don't solve the problem, then look at the signal light switch.

My guess is that since the Blinker works that the wiring going back to the light is good since they use the same wire you have a problem in the colume. If the other side works then you probably need to change the turn signal switch ***embly.
