Here's a '41 big truck, the hood is the same as the '46-'47 small trucks. 4" chophomebuilt frame with kickups front and rear.

This is my plan as I also recently picked up a '47 Ford cab and 40 ford front fenders. I Have 2 sets of doors and hood. I would like to chop the top at least 6 inches, raise the fenders up in front, section the hood, run a really short bed so that the rear fenders extend well beyond the tailgate. The bedsides would be made of the extra doors that I have so the the beltline bead is the top of the bed and even with belt line on cab. Oh yeah, no boards and all this sits on an S10 chassis. Sounds good to me but we will have to wait til the '54 5 window is done. I would like to enlist the help of someone capable of photoshopping this for me. I took a side view photo of a 40 and cut it up and taped it back together in an effort to get a fee for what it might look like. The wheels are not my style and would go with smoothies. There was a '36 3 window with '40 front sheetmetal that I saw pics of from Vegas that inspired me.
