So I was having a discussion about drap blocks with some buddies. Some love them, some hate them. So what do you guys think of them?
I've got a set of bags laying around and if I ever get to installing them in something, I'm gonna have drag blocks, either hitch balls or ***anium blocks. Seems like the lowrider S-10 and Caprice guys see dragging their frames along the ground and wrecking **** as a badge of honor, so they don't like drag blocks. But what the hell do they know? They're building up S-10's for cryin' out loud. Back in the day if your car was really lowered, you had skid plates to protect your oil pan and gas tank. Now we have air bags, but we carry on the skid plate tradition, to protect vital car organs, and to shoot big sparks at the same time.
I am putting some under the back bumper of my Olds. ***anium is the way to go if you can get a good deal on it. I was shooting a video of my brother dragging his old daily down the feeder road one night and we set the ditch on fire, on both sides of the road, it was nice.
just went through wild fires here with drought and high wind buned a lot of homes etc from sparks in dry gr***, is it really necessary ??????????
Thats my suburban in Droplord49's post. It is definately nice at night, but after the ditch incident I was definately more careful about what conditions I did it after that.
