I've restored a few 1950s styled cars in the past, but have always wanted to 'hotrod' a car for years. My Prefect started life as a 4 door saloon, but I have cut off the rear quarters and turned it into a pickup. Don't think I'll ever go back to the resto thing - I'm a lost cause now............
My new project is a 62 Consul Capri coupe which 'was' absolutely rotten and I've had to replace all floors, chassis legs, repair every panel and de-rust the whole bodyshell. This is going to be a 60s kustom, so watch this space
