I wouldn't say it's bright red. The firewall is bright red. The quarter panel red is definitely more maroon ish maybe?

The main leaf wont stretch enough to get to the shackles. Its easily 6 inches short.
Do you know what T spring fits? I've tried several original T rear springs on model A rear ends. And they're not anywhere close to fitting.
