Id suggest a vacuum gauge to see if something is going on with the fuel while driving. Have you changed/fixed anything lately like gas lines,...

A buddy bought a 235 and had it weighed for shipping. With generator, manifolds, etc attatched is was somewhere around 735 pounds.
Silver goes well with blue guts.
