i'll pick one up tomorrow and try it with the points and plugs
will try spraying it tomorrow and see what happens before i put new points and plugs in it
changed coil added ballast resistor did not change condensor
yeah figured i'd get some new points and plugs in it too its getting gas looking in carb and working linkage by hand she's squirting fuel pulled...

so here is my dilemma now...this thing was purring like a kitten,,,now i cant get it to stay running. and literally overnight this thing goes from...

i put a set on my 56 ply. has a 76 318/904 in it. dodge dakota durango headers fit better than block huggers
update got lights, wipers, heater going, fuel return line and electric pump hooked up....rebuilt master cyl., just need to bleed brakes make sure...
just converted mine to 12volt with the coil seems to purr like a fine tuned sowing machine....hopefully no problems as decribed above
did anyone have a hard time trying to get one to fit a tilt column?
that would be cool with a tach and speedo mounted in, keep dash all smooth.... i lke that
getting closer on mine but still lots of work to do: just put radiator in and stainless hoses today....but gaining ground

right on...its a bxvd 3 got the caps underneath that are leaking
is there any where to buy just the copper washer gasket for these that bend really easy if you over tighten..lol

its alive!!!! the flat head purrs like a kitten
make sure everything is good, water pump, etc. and that the heater core if you have one hooked up is not plugged up.. check the small bypass...

turns out rear sides are channeled to roll up and down...still may put fixed gasket in it so they just stay flush
