Macsautoparts.com has them but they are not full length. They are just the first few inches that usually rust out. Hope that helps.
Check your rear shackles. I bet they got flipped over when you installed the lowering blocks. Thats what happened on mine.

Thats the way i did it on my 31 tudor. I used a roof from an early 70s ford wagon. But this was almost 30 years ago. I still have the car today.

There is a clip that fastens to the body. You slide the moulding down over it and the lower moulding holds it in place.
Had the same problem on a 38 chev. Reverse the hoses.
I have a 66 fairlane rear under my 31 sedan. The edge of the tire tread is even with the edge of the fender lip.
