No ! the heads are casting , not alum.. and the color was green like your photo and it's complete so...
I've check the transmission ,and it is a 4 speeds and yes it was on a pick-up Ford 1953 ,and the engine seem to be the original and never been...

I've got this engine flathead ( made in Canada ) with the serial number ( rc10939 ) and a star at the end of the number , plus the transmission...

The kit came separate but he order them all from the same company ...and as for disk brake ,they offer him the kit from a Olds Toronado , I think...

My son Jess , have a Oldsmobile Holiday 1963 Rocket 88...He did a conversion ,from drum to disc brake up front and original drum in the rear......
