as far as the gas is concern at my work we use argon for steel. works fine. we also use the mixed gas also. its just the welders preference on...
You have to change the coil, you might have to change the condensor in the distributor. Keep the 6 volt starter.
I paid a shop $100 to turn 2 front brake drums. Guess that is why I don't go there now. Didn't know the price until I went to to pick them up....
