No the doors are hung the proper way. Took the right rear passanger suicide door and put it on drivers side. And drivers side is on passanger...

The body lines were moved on door and cowl to match the rear cab wall. The roof skin is of a 34 sedan.
I'm 6'1" 280lbs I fit quite well actually. The seat which is a school bus bench seat sits on floor, and my head is about .5-1" away from roof.
