I'm looking for some 3" thinwall tubing to take up the gap. Needs to be .040 wall. Thinking about using JB weld to keep it in place...

I have a '36 panel. My chassis is probably 33or34 without the extended frame.
Working on the Flathead now for the car. I have everything to build the motor...
