has anyone tried to paint over a Rustoleum paint job ? will new paint "bite" into the older Rustoleum ? I would hate to have to strip the car...

I have an old 4 banger Judson off a MGTC that someone modified the manifold to fit a 6 banger ! it its only 4-6 pounds boost like a judson etc...
on inkjet printers you can get an extra set of refillable ink cartridges and fill them all up with black ink, some of the t shirt screen...

Looks good, so many of these are cut when the guy took it out of the dash and just thinks he is cutting a "wire" or when the engine was pulled...
