In nebraska, do they classify the trailer as a "u-built" Mullins?

Was your trailer registered as 1935-37 Mullins with the 4 digit serial ?
Hot rods do not have trailers, but this one is cool!
I know someone with a fully restored '36 Mullins Trailer all original (other than wheels). What are they worth as they are not easily found....

Did you remove the cable and lube or spray lube down the inside of the lever?
I do not have the instructions for the shifter.
It is a c4, frame mounted if that answers your question
