Did you move any wiring when you changed the indicator bulbs to 12 volt?
Since one of your indicators is flashing, your flasher must be OK. the problem is in the wiring or signal switch.

That's the correct answer! If you don't want to use the wire covers you can "peen" the top of the tubes until the washer will compress the seals....
Make sure the plugs are real snug when re-installing. I use Champion 58's (RJ18YC) and remove the little metal rings to get the plugs all the way...
Remove the spark plugs first!! Thats the only thing holding them in.
