So here is how I mounted the bumper. First I put it up on blocks, measured or marked where I was going to cut, cut, welded to plates on the frame.
I didn't document it but I can take a pic of what I ended up with and explain what I did. I'll do that tomorrow.

i believe that the 4x4 rear end is 64". its not 64". Turns out it is actually 59".
