I would like to do my truck up with a straight axle and leafs and stuff, but I think its a bit 'disrespectful' almost... its a '94
[IMG] How do these fit onto rims? I dobut they'd fit my stock wheels? [IMG]
Haha. My truck definitely ain't HAMB friendly, its a 1994. But I like to come here and chat. Theres something about the Cadillac 500 that makes...
I was looking at TCIs Streetfighter trans's on Summit. I think I could manage to spring that much for a transmission. How much it'd cost you? They...
Probably cause it says Cockshutt on it. I just think it'd look goofy on a car.. I guess you could chop it out and weld it in.
I'm not looking for a race truck or anything.. just want something that can keep up with stuff around me. Does it handle the 120 shot fine? Is it...
I don't know about you guys, but I'd hate to use one of those Cockshutt grilles as I'd hate to have that on the front of my car.
Hmm. I will look for a transmission. I was told a Cadillac one will be too long. "You can put the short output shaft and 4" tail shaft housing on...
Oh.... I think I understand now. So if I made something like this... [IMG] The cylindrical area under where the carburetor would go, would have...
I think its a 60* v6 in the camaro :(
The 94s came with T-5s, the 95 or 96 came with the New Ventures. I decoded the RPO codes in my glovebox and I'm 99% sure its a T-5. So I'd need a...
I have no trouble welding stuff up. I love to fabricate. Yes its my first swap.I could always make a set of log exhaust manifold or whatever..
Not really sure what you mean by this.
These are Corvette Rallys if I remember right.
Hmm, was waiting for somebody to post this.
What does the 2.5L have for an ignition system?
I would like to have a set of as cast valve covers if I put the 500 in my s10. I like cast parts as opposed to polished.
Yes pics would be nice.
Ehh. I don't have an access to a dyno and stuff to set up the stand alone. I don't see the point in spending alot of money on this engine..I think...
So two 1bbl carburetors?
No its a GM 2.2L four cylinder. To me its not justifyable to spend $1500-2000 on extra fuel for a turbo when I will only get ~170hp out of it....
I like the center of the wheel, I haven't found a smoothie with the same look
Guys I have a 1994 GMC Sonoma with a 2.2L 4 cyl and a Borg T-5. However, it has a 4 cyl bellhousing. How hard is it to convert from the 4 cyl...
[img] Would it be possible to take wheels like these, and weld the 'kidney beans' shut with some filler metal, so there like a smoothie? I like...
I think I have found a suitable carburetor. For the 2.5L GM engines.. Theres not much in the displacement between the 2.2 and 2.5 so I think it...
I'm waiting for my account to get activated.
Hey guys, If I end up keeping the four cylinder engine in my pickup, I was thinking of converting fuel injection to carburetion. It is a 2.2L four...
Oh sorry guys disregard. I found the post again, and now the picture loads. Sorry bout this. I must'a had some computer troubles last night when I...
There was a post of a scan of a magazine, that was how to make a intake manifold, it was 4 pictures, but #3 was missing I think, does anybody have...
