I've got 65 T-Bird seats in my 46 coupe so you should be able to get them in a 51. Seat back takes some planning.
Be careful how tight you tighten the screws, glass can break. Ask me how i know.

When i built my 30 coupe, i used a section from a 61 bubble top.
