nope, no return at all, anywhere. i used the old corvette style that bolts together.
i had the same problem. messed with the float, installed the edelbrock version of your regulator and gauge. set that thing to 3 lbs, no return....
the master cylinder is the worst part on a 66 econoline. you can do better, plenty of cheap options out there.
which one are we talking about. clutch/brake? go with a 62 chevy truck, but you gotta swap sides. or re-drill

it's just a tube, buy the long one and cut it down if you need to. the breather cap just shoves in there, there is no lip or anything in the ones...
