The dual sump pan was used in car chassis(primarily the fox platform) from about '78/79 to '95. Just at a glance I see that your timing cover...
The fox platform Fords of the late 70's-early 90's used the 4on4.25" bolt pattern as well so Fairmont, Mustang, Cougar, Thunderbird, LTD II etc....
