maybe you have some bad brass gears. or check the position on your linkage rods
nice truck, looks like a 60 to me with a 59 grill chech the VIN the fifth digit should be 0 F10CR0 or F10C9
if you need any parts for that truck let me know have lots of parts from nuts and bolts to complete trucks
