In Richmond the Nash Ramblers were used by meter maids. They weren't for regular patrol work. Then they had some stupid mopeds in the 70's.
Smiley's is also in Richmond. The sign was still there in 1998. Southside. Hull St about the 3400 block.
And I think this is N. 25th St Richmond, Va. I'd get current pictures but it's a bad part of town!
