Thay all appear to be seals. steering box, transmission, and rear axle. After long periods of sitting they are prone to leak but may seal back up....

59 chevs were X frame and the Buick appears to be a perimeter frame still using radius rod rear suspension.
Also replace that leaking rear seal or you will never stop the leak.
You can get a pressure reducer / check valve off of evil bay for under $10.00 and put it on the drum section and should take care of the problem....
Does it have any sort of proportioning valve, either factory adaptation or aftermarket?
Never a bad idea even if you do not go with front discs. Just be sure to add the check valves if staying with drums.
