Long shot but ...check to see if booster reaction disc has moved or dropped out..? I've had it happen.. the MC pushrod was pulled out a bit too...

Beautiful car .... but back window seems low on the DS. Maybe my optical delusion... had same issue on my 40 merc ...some angles it looked low...
just JB Weld a small copper patch over it.. quick simple & it works.
