PPG does have a High Build Primer in Water borne.. But you dont spray it like Hi Build.. the mix is 10% of there mixing thinners to there...
You can Urethane clear over Lacquer... But is might not last long... Lacquer Expands and contracts through weather changes... Clear urethane...

Those 56 Plymouth Frames are all the same.. The only thing that changes is the Is the 6 to 8 Motor Mount pads and Shifter Mount pin on the inside...
