You may need to build a set of headers to fit your application. Give it a try. Some flanges, J bends and collectors. It's a fun skill to learn.
There's a shoulder inside the bore between the 2 bearings on the 101 quick change. You need to remove the nuts to press the pinon out.

Pickup open drives are not the same as passenger open drive conversions. This guy looks like he needed a passenger rear end open drive conversion.

They should have run the dyno pull up to 6500 rpm. You more than likely would have got your 350hp.
